I think Don Jr. has been in Don Sr.’s ear about this for a while now.

“Gay ass Europeans have more rights than we do so it’s time to finally do something about it Don Sr.”

It needs to be in the “Big Beautiful Bill.”

If it ever happens get ready for all the “does anyone know of anyone with suppressors in stock” faggotry for a while. It’ll be the new reloading components

They send out a lot of shitty welds now, imagine every moron and their uncle-brother going out clearing shelves. They’ll be double timing production so QC is going to suck probably.

$150-200 welded baffle stack cans would be sweet though

Ruh-dickuhlus people still think there will be any change to the classification, let alone deleting a “tax”

🤣

I tell my kids “And I want a helicopter, but you don’t always get what you want.”

My parents used to say, "how does it feel to want?"

I’ve always favored “wish in one hand and shit in the other. See which fills faster.”

People in Hell want ice water.

Well to dustract us yesterday, resident Congressional hoe fake tits RINO feminazi Nancy Macy announced she’d be showing her “naked body”.

SIMPs rallied! Most of those simps were there to fight for gun rights but the honey-pot was too great.

Turns out her wrinkled “body” was blurred

If you flip through YouTube headlines, they pass a bill every 30 minutes that eliminates the NFA. It's the most click bait rich segment on YouTube. Meanwhile, after years of "congress will nullify the NFA tomorrow" headlines, I'm a little jaded. Wake me up when something actually happens.

Like that dude who is apparently a lawyer and his channel is most definitely 100% click bait nonsense. Every headline is "BREAKING!! SCOTUS ENDS (GUN CONTROL/NFA/WORLD HUNGER/PERMITS TO CARRY)" and then the truth is nothing even fucking close.

He started off good and turned into a total clown with the mis-leading titles.

ETA: Channel is "thearmedscholar".

He is the fucking archetype.

The VSO gun channel must have taken that guy’s workshop.

You know that you can tell YouTube not to recommend that channel, right?

That's exactly who I was thinking about. He had me excited for about an hour once, then I realized he had been making videos with the same headlines for years, and nothing has ever changed. He's so full of shit.

It means near Zero unless there is support for it in the Senate.

Some of us remember how many times the "Republicans" in the house voted and passed a bill to straight repeal ObamaCare, then when they got control of all 3 branches suddenly... It was difficult to get the votes done... Because... Stuff...

Thats all they care about.

He is. I watched his channel for a little bit, because I felt that he has good information regarding law and legal procedures, but the 2A content itself was BS.

I do like Mark Smith with Four Boxes Diner. As much, or more, legal analysis (he's a member of the Supreme Court Bar) and he doesn't click bait the titles.

It will be interesting to see how it plays out in the senate for sure. The republican house may be at an advantage this time by using budget reconciliation and inserting the HCA and Short Act into the the “Big Beautiful Bill.”

By using budget reconciliation and adding the HPA and Short Act to that bill, it bypasses the senate filibuster rules and relies on a simple majority vote in the senate. Could be wrong but I think that’s accurate.

I remember the republicans crying foul when Pelosi and the democrats used budget reconciliation to move the HCA/Obamacare bill forward as they were shocked because it hadn’t been done before. Again if that’s accurate maybe the republicans learned from getting outsmarted before.

I suspect less senate republican push back due to Trump’s popularity.

I think Cornyn will go along with voting for the bill as he is getting attacked from the right by AG Paxton in the Texas primary so he doesn’t want to look like even more of a RINO right now.

McConnell, Murkowski, and Collins will likely vote no with Vance getting the tie breaker. Fetterman could vote yes because he’s an outlier.

We shall see soon enough…

Budget reconciliation is a legislative process that can be used to override the filibuster and expedite the approval of a package of legislation in Congress that changes spending, revenues, or the debt limit. Budget reconciliation bills have limits on debate so they require a simple majority (51 votes) instead of the three-fifths majority (60 votes) usually needed in the Senate to bring bills to a vote.

The reconciliation process occurs if Congress passes a budget resolution for the fiscal year that gives reconciliation instructions. The provisions of reconciliation bills are crafted by committees or added through amendments. The Congressional Budget Act of 1974 and the budget resolution limit the content of the reconciliation bill. Those limitations are enforced through the Byrd Rule.

Oh, and Langley outdoors is currently live streaming. The stream consists of people sending him money while he reads comments to the stream, with the committee meeting going in the background. What the Actual Fuck!!?? YouTube is a cess pool.
Surveys show that today's youths dream of growing up to be YouTubers or social media "influencers" instead of, say, astronauts.

I was watching that dream for about 40 minutes while working until I realized the guy was just laughing to himself about comments people left, while thanking them for donations.

Maybe we're the retarded ones for not being able to make money off doing nothing. Sigh....
