Regular boudin is highly seasoned rice, green onion and ground pork parts stuffed in a sausage casing. The blood boudin is similar but with lots of literal blood mixed in the filling. Watching some families get together for a boucherie and making blood boudin is something else. The adults and kids smacking and tasting with blood on their faces. . . . lol. . . .kinda looks like a damned Zombie fest.
Pretty sure the FDA food inspectors would shit themselves.
