I bought some Enfield parts from them. Apart from being a little slow they are very good to do business with. They have a lot of stuff that is hard to find and their prices aren't bad.The parts I got where top notch.

I dialed their number 6 or 7 times, rang 2-3 times and then went to a busy signal - ??

No matter what, just be sure to STAY AWAY from SARCO. They suck, their order picking sucks, their customer service sucks, and quite often the parts suck.
I guess if I had to sum it up, they suck.

Yeah sometimes I wonder if some of their parts are made by the Pakistani gunsmithing school dropouts that couldn't hold things with their feet

I've been to Sarco a number of times, but not since they moved some of their shop to PA.
I never understood how places like that could operate in a free market economy - not very friendly people - not rude, but I never felt any friendly feelings towards someone involved in pursuit of the same hobby/business. Talking like that makes me really miss the folks at Navy Arms in NJ. They were a friendly and helpful group...and always some new goodies in old wooden crates stacked on the floor.
Getting back to Sarco - I suppose it was a cheap thrill to go there instead of a museum. Though I wish I had the opportunity to view what was hidden in the back.
