Genius Mini 14

Re: Genius Mini 14

I'm sorry but how exactly is that "genius"? That is a registered machine gun implement, costing whoever did it quite a bit of money, but it's still just a string. Do something like that without the proper licenses and paperwork, and you'll find yourself in quite a bit of trouble if caught.

I guess some people have the time, money and desire to prove the BATFE right, but I'm not one of those.

Re: Genius Mini 14

I'd actually like to see a video of this in operation. I have a hard time being able to envision how this would actually work.

Re: Genius Mini 14

When I saw the subject, I thought a genius simply converted one into something more suitable, like a canoe paddle.

Not bad. haha

I thought the shoestring thing was pretty clever, but I too was expecting some kind of crazy converted Mini-14.

The Mini14 is alright, but get the stainless version- the blued will rust pretty bad in bad conditions.

Do me a favor and dont associate that bunch of moronic assholes at Red jacket as Cajuns, please do not do that. That is dumbest bunch of jackasses I have ever seen. They wish they were Cajun....my wife is full blooded Cajun.

They are from Louisiana, a disgrace for the state, they are not Cajun I can assure you....

Just an FYI, an 07 FFL with a Class 2 SOT "manufactured" this machine gun. The only cost involved was the cost of the string and the 2 rings. Fax in a piece of paperwork and it is done.

Thanks for the correction.

I still don't find anything "genius" about it though....

Re: Genius Mini 14

If you wanna be a real genius and it involves a Mini 14 - see if you can make one into a sub MOA rifle!!!!!

I've only seen one.... and it was not fun or cheap!
