I just purchased a Savage 10 / Bushnell tactical HDMR / TPS med Rings / and Brownells “flat” scope base. I recently went to the range to zero at 100 yards. I noticed that it is shooting 15 mils high 10 mils right and my knobs are bottomed out. Am I doing something wrong here I do not understand how to correct this? I am not sure if this is the proper place to post this question and I tried doing a search on the subject with no luck. Thanks

yeah, that's interesting... it most certainly shouldn't be doing that.

makes me curious if the rail is crooked, the screw holes, or the scope messed up.

how many mils do you count on the HDMR? both T&E

This may sound silly but try turning the rings around (so the base screw is on the opposite side it is now). A buddy of mine just had the same problem with his Tikka when he changed from the factory rings to some warne rings. This fixed the problem.
