Mom was actually monkey-in-the-middling the kid, i.e. she was trying to loft the ball towards the camera person, probably Dad. Funny vid though, and as a truism, yeah, you're probably right about them.

kids are the best. If I knew how much fun mine was going to be I'd have had him sooner - being a dad is a young man's sport...

But you couldn't have had him sooner, or later, unless you're talking about some variation of normal gestation, but I digress...Did you have him?

My oldest retired from the Navy last fall, my oldest grandson is in his Jr Year on an ROTC Scholarship.
But I still get to be a Basketball Grandpa, never missed on of my Granddaughter's Vollyball or Basketball games since she was in 6th Grade, She's a Softmore mow.
Never hit her in the face with a ball, but I did stab her with a pitch fork one time.
Love grand kids, should have had them first.
