well after ALOT of money, it was a phone call that started the smile on my face thats still there!

Remington action trued with lugs lapped, Jewel Trigger, Viper Vortex 6-24x50 with Vortex rings,26 in barrel, B&C A5 stock, Teflon coating, forgot the barrel maker but it is a 1 in 8 twist, and a bolt knob installed.

You are going to love it, I have a 700 trued with a Kreiger 8.5tw with a 28" tube and the thing is a hammer. Shoots sub .5 moa most days .25 My favorite gun to take out, easy to shoot and got me 5th place in my very first match.

140 amax or 142 smk, H4350, factory remington brass, Tula 7.62 start at 42.5 and work up from there. This bullets are pretty jump tolerant, and I'm not in to chasing lands.

I'm at 43.6 and get 2795with 140 amaxes out of a 24" kreiger. Shot two .75 moa groups at 600 this weekend, all spread was vertical.

my 24" benchmark 1-8 twist 5 groove loves the 142 SMk with 43.5 gr of H4350 in lapua brass, Average speed is 2855 and is 1/2 MOA at 1000.
you are gonna love the 260, I had a couple 308 for many years and i wish to have had a 260 instead.
