I like the discontinued TV series, like BBC's Sherlock Holmes and Cadfael, etc.

I like alot of the foreign subtitled movies available on there; The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo series is a good example.

I've been watching a lot of stargate recently. SG-1, Atlantis, Universe etc. Good stuff.

It's funny,...I'm watching them backwards. I've seen a handful of SG1 episodes back in the day, but that's it. I did, however, watch the movie before any of the series, but so far I've watch Universe, then Atlantis (I've got a few episodes left in season 5), and then I'll start up SG1.
I thought Universe was awesome, but I hated the cliffhanger ending to the second (last) season. Atlantis is my favorite so far, but I hear the ending is also a cliffhanger, which sucks.
Again, no idea why I've decided to watch them backwards, but I know enough about stargate to get by.

i saw the movie before the shows too, didnt know what to think of it at the time but when the SG1 series came out i was addicitid from season 1, great series watching them as they come out on the TV it was interesting how they connected atlatis into the SG1 series when that section started, watched a couple episodes of universe but nevere really got interested into that series of stargate, its one of my favoret sifi series

I think it was cool how they incorporated Rodney McKay in one of the Universe episodes. Also, Lou Diamond Phillips is always awesome. Also, all the main characters from SG1 make it into Atlantis at some point or another, which is cool.

jabronie, watch the last season, it got better and the last few really were excellent IMO. Holding out hope that they may bring it back at some point but I see most of the props are being sold off on EBay now... So I dont think that will happen.
Big fan of all the SG shows. Liked them enough to own them all. Sad to know its over!
But back on topic. Netflix is great. Re-watching "Tour Of Duty" now.
