EX - Sheriff Pat Sullivan sentenced

I posted on here a month or 2 back about the EX-Sheriff who had many awards for honor and integrity and had a Justice Center and Jail named after him that showed up being a Meth dealer for sexual acts and he was going forth into the justice system for his trangressions.
Today I heard on the radio of my tractor that he had been sentenced and that the prosecutor said something like{We expect our Sheriff type people to not be above the law and we will treat them like anyone else. They are not above the law]
At about that time I was going through a low spot on the field and lost reception and didn't hear what they sentenced him to.
I would imagine that since the prosecutor said they would not treat him any different than anyone else and he was dealing Meth and into male prostitution he is probably behind bars for many years. That is what happens to Meth dealers.
Did any of you hear what he did get? I would think it to be many years with Bubba and the crew behind bars.
I was glad to hear the prosecutor say that no one was above the law and all would be treated the same.

i think he got 26 days in jail..... probably a little bit less than you ar i would get.

You have got to be joking and flinging some BS at me.
26 days in jail?
I saw the DA prosecution type guy on the news a few days ago and he said Sullivan would not be treated any different than any other criminal.
Am I to think that any other Meth dealer and pimp for boys will only get 26 days in jail?
That is a sad thought.
I know a little about plea bargains but I think that if he only got 26 days that something reeks of shit around the Mile High City.

what a freaking joke, video shows the whole sting deal going down, and he is a scum bag. he will be out of the jail with his name on it by months end, with a minor fine and 2 years prob. says he is sorry. any bets he is right back selling crack and corn holeing dudes asap?

I find this hard to believe.
The prosecutor emphasised that he would not be treated any different than anyone else.
He did not tarnish the badge, he painted it flat black.
I don't want to piss off the LEOs on this site any more than I have already done, however, do they think there is not a double standard and aren't they proud of this scum bag.
This asshole belongs in prison for at least a few years.
If it were anyone else they would throw him under the prison and forget about where the key was.
Things like this fuel the critics of LE not make them have more trust and respect for them.
It just ain't right, especially for the good men and women who wear the uniform and protect us however few they may be I know they exist.
Rant over, I am PISSED OFF.
