I've done some digging around looking through barrel contours but just cant seem to wrap my head around the different kinds. can someone please give me a breakdown. I'm looking to replace my factory barrel here shortly and am stumped as to what to get. Thanks!
The new barrel will be going on a S/A 700 possibly chambered in 6.5CM @24IN.
I'd like to make this my match rifle. a couple years back I shot in the NRA marksmanship interservice and all navy matches and spoke to one of the more experienced guys out there who won the long range, and he recommended I get a #7 contour barrel.
