Any idea who makes the lowest height 34mm scope rings.

Seekins advertise a 0.92 high option, is there a lower option.

I'm trying to get the objective on my S&B scope closer to the barrel on my Remington .308

Re: 34mm scope rings

That's the lowest I know of. Should work on a Rem Varmint contour barrel but it puts the 56mm objective with butler creek just touching on my M24/M40 contour barrel. Fine without the butler creek though.

It's really less than a tenth of an inch closer. If it's a 56mm objective then I would just get the 1" height Seekins and then you don't have to worry about what barrel contour is. If 50mm then go with the .92".

Thanks for the info as an alternative any idea who makes the lowest profile 20MOA scope rail.

The EGW one I have is there HD unit.

Re: 34mm scope rings

Also - to reiterate what Rob01 said - the 1" height rings would work best with a 56mm OBJ (the .92" may be too close to clear the front of the rail depending on your eye relief postioning).

Murphy Precision will make you anything you want. Give Cameron your current dimensions, tell him what slope you want and how much clearance you want. He'll hook you up. Great guy, great stuff and quick turn around.
