The trigger is an adjustable one from CZ Custom.

Where did you get the threaded upper? I have a SP01 and a sparrow. I think it would be a sweet combo!

I already had the conversion and sent the barreled portion to hotrod9mm (Bob) on this forum. PM may be slow but you can call DIP Inc. to get a hold of him.

So he added barrel to it and threaded that?

I should've said in the description that an adapter is used.
This is HotRod9mm's photo. The barrel is threaded and the (modified) adapter is turned down to the same diameter as the barrel. This way it fits the factory bore in the slide.

I would have liked if the adapter was also shortened as there is a small gap.

I just got the Sparrow this week but it's holding up fine so far. I believe the adapter has red loc-tite on it but don't quote me on that.
