Man, just the thought of taking the crimp out of 5,000 rounds has my arm tired. Especially the 2010, 2011, casings with the 4 point crimp, they really are a pain to remove.
Hope you know someone with a Dillon 600 super swager or other tools cause your going to be busy for quite a while.

Im making a device to remove all the crimps in 1 hour. The machine shop f'ed me and now I have to find another shop so more delay.

If you plan on swaging the crimp it'll take forever but if you use a cutter in drill or power screwdriver mounted to a table you can cut out all the crimps really fast. 1000pcs takes less than 30 mins and that's going slow.

Not sure what your idea of low cost is but Brassmanbrass has always been good to me. They will discount if you buy more than a certain amount also he sells brass that is already swaged. southernbellebrass is another I've used.

Try Pats Reloading, unfired primed cases from pulled rounds. just neck size and load.
