Re: 123 batterys

If you are going the rechargable route, go with AW brand RCR123a's and charge using a Pila charger.

Note, these run at a higher voltage than one time use disposable 123's, so make sure your device can use rechargables.

If you use alot of batteries and your item can take rechargables, you'll recoup your costs and be money ahead in no time.

You'll also need 2 of these - http://www.lighthound.com/15mm-Charging-Spacer-Aluminum_p_25.html

I run these AW RCR123a's on my HDS clicky flashlights and they work like a charm.

Re: 123 batterys

I just a pack of 12 ASP brand batteries and a pack of 12 energizers from midway this last week. Right now they are on sale for 18 and 20 bucks respectively. I wanted to see how the ASP ones run but I know the energizers are GTG.

Two thumbs up for battery station.com

But I also bought some rechargeables via evil-bay and have been using them for a while. They work well, just not as long as the others, but definitely worth looking into.

In day to day use, no difference I can tell.

ALSO try battery junction.com I've bought a LOT of their 123s and several Olights for gun lights (T20s).
