Rifle Scopes SS 10x or 12x mil/mil???

I was looking at picking up a inexpensive scope for various applications. I think it will trade time on a 22lr bolt and maybe some time on SPR type AR's. Most shooting will be done between 50-200yd on the 22, and 100-600yd on the AR. This will include paper, steel and maybe 22lr ukd matches. This scope will have the same reticle and adjustments as my LR bolt gun w/SS 5-20x50 HD

Please let me know your recommendations, thanks!

I also have a store credit with SWFA that will cover most of the cost (they rule!).

Honestly for those ranges on a 22, I would choose the 6x. Much wider FOV, so it will be faster on the close targets, and plenty of power for out to 200.

I would consider the 10x because of the $30 discount and maybe if you ask swfa nicely they will ship it free. I had some 10x(s) on my 1022s (with bipods) but sold them to get the new mii/mil model. It worked great.

Isn't the 30 dollars off only for the classic scopes the ones with MOA turrets?

They are offering it for both the 10x mil/moa and the new 10x mil/mil model. I just order two new 10x mil/mil for my 1022s. It is in the fine print of the add. ck it out.

I have the SS 10X42M and like a lot, I think the 10X will give you that extra field of view. 10X or 12X both are great scopes for the money....
