LaRue Tactical 5.56 Stealth Sniper System/MOA?

Does anyone know if the LaRue Tactical 5.56 Stealth Sniper System with 20" barrel & 13.2" hand guard have built in MOA for scopes? Just received it this week and was hoping to order the scope set-up this weekend. Knowing if there is any MOA built in would be helpful... And yes I scoured their web page. The OBR does, but am not sure if these are different uppers.
