If you don't mind the drive, go to Farmington NM. The Napi farms are covered up and it's a small reservation hunting fee, $35 I think. Plus awesome trout fishing (San Juan) and good food (Three Rivers pub) downtown.
Oh, by the title I thought you were hunting a wanted prairie dog. Nevermind.
