How well do 115 DTACs jump?

I got a really good deal on some Corbon .243 ammo using the 115's and Lapua brass.

I just checked and they have a COAL of 2.795. A COAL of 2.815 puts the 115's 10 thou off the lands in my rifle so the Corbons are 30 thou off the lands.

I haven't shot them yet, my rifle is in the shop....but is 30 thou a huge jump for DTACs?

I've wondered if it wouldn't be worth pulling them and re seating but I've got 200 of them. Seems like its best to just shoot them and use the fire formed brass for new rounds.

AF,

Try a box to see how they work in your rifle. Since they are a Sierra design, they should be fairly jump tolerant.

DTACs jump just fine. In fact, I've heard that they are just SMK's that have been sorted and pointed. That makes sense to me because SMKs like to jump as well.

They will shoot fine from mag. length.

Someone please let me know if im crazy,,,

im my findings, I saw increased accuracy once i started bumping the shoulders back on my cases to a minimum and asuring that the case necks and loaded rounds (on the projectile) were as concentric as posible,,, once i got this down my rifle shot better even with more jump.

start out straight, enter lands and grooves straight, shoot straight...
