The difference is that the 21 year old will be feeling much better the next day. The 53 year old will be sore all over the next day.

A friend of mine was fighting at that match, he told everyone about how awesome it was to see this old guy beating the crap out of a 20yr old. I'm pretty sure he said the guy was a Marine.

here's the difference... almost all these kids that are into MMA, to them it's a "match"...a "game" if you will.
