Rifle Scopes Leupold mark 4 8.5x25 tmr reticle 1000 yards

I am shooting a 1000 yards (wait that is what i am wanting to do)... I will be shooting a remington xcr 300 win mag with 210 smk........ what should my zero be to use the scope out to 1000 yards,,,,,,, It is the TMR reticle

I zero at 100 yards.

Take a muzzle velocity and plug it and your bullet and other data into jbmballistics.com calculator.

Print out the data and take it to the match, use it as a starting point, adjust accordingly.

Try the 230 Berger OTM in the .300 win mag. Wow.

100 yard zero. I have same set up but rifle is a GAP/Rem 700.

I use same bullet with RL22 powder. I have FTF Badger Brake and get right at 3000 fps from the 210 SMK. This is my 300WM Extreme Range set up

Same retc on scope.

Be careful shooting this load fast/many rds in a row, as you will burn bbl out even faster

For everyday stuff I use a 185 Scenar at 3000 FPS.. Shoots great and saves the bbl

I currently have the same Mark 4 on my .308 - I shoot out to 1k with 100 yard zero. I do have a 30 MOA base, then just turn 11mils and I am gtg.

My normal zero is with the elevation screwed down to just showing the 1st bar on 0.
