yes, thats true , just dropped my scope off there wed, and picking it up today, great service, and quick turnaround time

S&B Inc is located in New Hampshire and is responsible for import/export, shipping product to dealers, etc.
The new relocated service center is separate from S&B Inc. and is now located in VA. All scopes can be sent directly to the service center regardless the reason. However, we do not handle financial transactions here, they must all go through Inc in NH.

Being on the other side of the Pond, this may not apply...but I swapped to a P4F in my PMII late last year.
Scope went to S&B in Germany via Sporting Services UK in early November, got the scope back early March.
I guess you can probably take off three weeks of that time for the usual Christmas/New Year stoppages.
