...are arriving Friday. These are the models:

BUSET1624SJ 1-6x Second Focal Plane BTR-2 (the best one)

BUSET3124FG 3-12x44 G2DMR FFP (long awaited successor to the mildot model)

Both are illuminated. I'll add to the website under "New Products" tomorrow. Don't forget your HIDE10. All orders will ship this upcoming Monday.

Thanks!

Scott

Whoops, now I'm hearing the G2DMR 3-12x44 is not illuminated, only the BTR series will be.

Still, for the money, one heckuva scope, with the same reticle as its big brother, the HDMR

Scott,

Do you know the windage and elevation adjustment range for the 3-12 G2?

Thanks,

Scot E.

I hope that is the case as I heard rumor that was closer to 50 MOA.

Wish Bushnell would hurry up and figure out how to illuminate the G2 reticle, I'd likely be a buyer if they did.

That is a very good question. I heard that the HDMR/DMR scopes were intended to be illuminated but that Bushnell ran into some technical issues and decided to go ahead and release it without. Since those scopes have been out for a year or so (plenty of time to resolve a minor tech issue) I'm starting to think that it is now marketing holding this back. You don't want to piss your customers off by making an improved version of what they just bought too quickly. My guess is they may sit on it for another year or two - unless market forces make them act otherwise.

Non-illuminated isn't an issue for me. Would be a nice feature for hunting in low light but that's about it.

I'll be ordering one of these as soon as I find the cash I've been wanting one for awhile.

Re: New Bushnell Tacs 3-12x44 G2 and 1-6x24 SFP BTR-2

I'm seriously thinking about the 3-12 DMR for my .223 16" Noveske Recon. Can anyone recommend good ring height and or a mount?
Also, to get the max range out of the set up will the mount need cant built in?

Thanks in advance.

I had a Larue SPR mount on this gun before with a 2.5-10 nightforce, which worked well, but I am leaning towards rings.

Re: New Bushnell Tacs 3-12x44 G2 and 1-6x24 SFP BTR-2

The HDMR isn't illuminated because the military guys that were involved at the early stages of its development said they didn't want illumination.

ADM Recon 20moa model will stretch the legs of the rifle but how far are you going to shoot with the 16" .223?

Scopes arrived, all ordered placed yesterday have already shipped, including yours "Jeepocabra".

The 6-24x50 arrived late today, all will Ship Monday

ET3124FG Can't find this one on your website? Any idea when it will be back in stock and what the price is?

Thanks,
MStarmer

NVM, I found them on the site, they were under "new" items. Sorry for the erroneous post.

Re: New Bushnell Tacs 3-12x44 G2 and 1-6x24 SFP BTR-2

I haven't used the illumination on my PST since i bought it. I would rather have it than NOT have it...but the G2 is worth having regardless.
