Where is the best place to buy a surgeon action? I want to build a custom 308.
I have several new guns that I still need to burn up. But I will buy piece by piece, thought I would start with action.

What stock number. Ie 591? I am in no hurry, so where is the go to place?

Third Generation Shooting Supply. I ordered Surgeon bottom metal from them and got it the next day. Give them and they will be more than glad to take care of you!

I've ordered all three of mine straight from Surgeoun. You'll just need your FFL to send them a copy.
