That rifle is a beauty! Makes me wish I'd never sold mine. I always thought that the Steyr Elite was the best designed factory built .308 available. Being able to carry a spare magazine in the butt stock was always a great selling point to me. Good Shooting!

hey mate

rifle was $2800 (they are 3800 new)
scope was about $650
Spuhr mount with the burriss fastfire adapter was $550ish
atlas cost me $350 from delta tactical , mounted it using the B&T AFAR Kit
Fastfire2 was $200

all up

$4550 roughly

cheers

Anthony

I picked up Ranger's Scout. Have been to the range with it twice since getting home from Afghan and its SCARY accurate with loads worked up for one of my old 308's. Sighting in and RTZ Verification at the end of each session yielded 1/2" groups beginning and ending the range trips.

McMillan makes a nice stock for the SBS that I am trying to figure out if it will fit these. Its an $800 gamble that might not be worth taking cause it shoots so well in the factory stock.

i dont reckon the SBS stock would be quite right, that said you could always contact Dick Davis from MCM on the hide ... he's always good for info

i wouldnt change the stock anyway.

That Rifle is SWEEEEET!!! Very Nice Photos too! But I thought these comes with a intigrated Bipot built into the actual Stock Fore end didn't it? Anyways, Great Setup! Love the Red Dot!
