Rifle Scopes .22 Tac-Sol AR15 scope recomendation

Just picked up a Tactical Solutions .22 upper for my AR15 and cant decide on a scope or red dot. My main plan is to get a rim fire target tree and some bounce back targets. Plan to shoot from 50-150 max just for fun. No target shooting for groups. I feel like I need magnification and some sort of reticle to maybe keep from dialing all the time. I looked at the new Nikon P-223 and it seemed like a nice scope for the money. I really only want to spend around $200 or so. Any recommendations?

i switch between a millet DMR 1-4 and a C-more railway dot sight on mine, been very happy with the results, i use the 1-4 and my 9 year old daughter likes the dot better being able to keep both eyes open.

I like a 2.5-10 on my .22 upper. Especially when you feel like reaching out to 150-200yds

if you just want to hit plates or targets w/ it and have no desire for sub-moa accuracy or anything like that, just get a red-dot.

i'm running a TacSol SBX barrel on my 10/22 and w/ my Burris 3-9x w/ BDC, i was able to hit rabbits out to 200yrds. i don't have a line for 200yrds, but i know it's about 1/2 way on the last part of the reticle. the TacSol barrels are very accurate.
