Hey fellas, I have a new LWRC M6A2 SPR. It has a 16in 1-7 RH twist barrel. I was hoping someone on here might be running something similar and can give me a good starting point for a good factory match round that will perform out to 500yds. I figure something on the heavier side obviously. If someone is running something thats working good for them in the same type of platform your input would be appreciated. I do reload but I'm getting ready to rotate back to the states and would like to compete in a couple of matches when I get back. I simply won't have the time to do load development and everything that goes along with it in time to compete. So yes I'm looking for the easy way out for now that is why I'm looking for a factory match round. Thanks in advance for your help.

Just got 1K rounds of the 77smk 5.56 loads from Southwest Ammunition. Have not gone to the range yet but from reviews I expect nothing but awesome results. Good price too.

Re: What type of factory ammo?

I've had great luck with SW Ammo. The only thing about them is that they don't usually have a huge supply of every type on hand, so next-day shipping is not always something you can count on. The one time they were more than a few days in getting my order shipped, they threw in two free boxes of the .308 loads I had ordered. $50 worth of free ammo was quite a surprise considering the wait was less than 10 days.

Calls and PMs led to empty promises.
