This asshole came up in conversation the other year here on the Hide. He's a despicable attention whore whose life revolves around wobbling and bobbling in front of a video camera. You can check Mr. Shepard (apparently, his name) out on p. 3 of a thread here:

That would make him about 44, which I’d say he looks a lot closer to than age 53 that you posted.
