timing the brake

I didnt wanna hi-jack the other thread.... What is timing the break?

I could be wrong.But I would imagine timing a brake would mean making sure the ports on the brake are are level side to side to ensure proper discharge of the gases to insure the rifle recoils straight back instead of off at different angles to sight picture wont be disturbed.

Actually a much far simplier answer than what I was thinking, I was thinkin it would work like a boss on a browning.... Tard moment i guess
