From what I gather that is the SE SR and not the T-5000 very minor differences...mainly the name...so if the T-5000 is adopted by the military there is still a civilian legal version of it for the Russian public.

Re: Russian Custom Rifles

Do you think that is a poster of a Barret with Cyrillic or do you think it is a copy?

Good luck

Re: Russian Custom Rifles

I really like some of the Russian rifles; but what about after market support in case replacement parts, mags, etc. are required? Unless they have an active distribution network established here, I think it would be a difficulty if something broke to get repairs/replacement parts? Also, Izmash for one is not receptive to customer requests/needs unless you are talking about hugh government sized orders. Not sure how PROM would be in this regard, maybe better if they are a custom house.

Re: Russian Custom Rifles

Im not company rep but satisfied customer. Their guns are just perfect. Nothing comparable was ever build in the country. Some world-class stuff.
Re civil availability - company is working on US market access and as far as neither rifles was adopted for mil/le use it will be avail for sales/customer support in States. Management is consistent in their decision to get to the market with full scale sales and support thru local dealer which is not selected yet. By now the only way to get the rifle is to import it as collectable item.
Btw, T5000 got the first palaces on 11th Police and Military Sniper World Cup recently.) Nice stick, trust me.

Re: Russian Custom Rifles
