Any truth to USO coming out with a production line? Saw a video on utube with a USO employee talking about they will be out this year.

USO offers custom made scopes to the users liking.
They already fill "normal" orders to dealers who have them in stock.

yes it's true, you can only get these from USO dealers. Give CS tactical or Euro Optics a call and see if they have any.

Many USO dealers have standard configurations in stock if that is what you mean.

yes they will be. there expanding so that one shop will be handling the custom builds and the other will be handling the production line. there is a pro and con. if the dealer has them in stock, it will ship the next day. and 2, you qyite literaly get what you pay for, and if you want to ship it to uso to change something im sure it will be more expensive than just ordering a custom one. by the way, welcome to the hide from a member very close to you.

I for one hope this is not true, the USO line is a custom shop scope, you order-you wait-you get top quality...that is it...like Lazy said, where are you getting your information

77, USO is making production scopes. I have the list of scopes that they're making, I've actually sold three so far. The scopes are the same quality as any custom build, you just don't have to wait. I think it's a great idea especially for the guys that wanted their scope yesterday. What USO has done, they're going with the most popular options. Now when sit said "you get what you paid for", I'm curious what he meant with that.

Being that I talk to the guys at USO(about every day, several times a day) I was wondering why I was never told about another shop. s.i.t., who ever is your source, I would not believe anything I hear from him/her. Doesn't look good, especially posting false info on a public forum. If you ever have a question, your answer is just a call away. If I can ever help you and or any of you, never hesitate to send me a pm or drop a line(or text).

USO "production" scopes are not a lesser scope in ANY WAY. They are the same as any other USO scope. They are just pre built in a standard (most commonly ordered) configuration and are intended to be on the shelf and ready to ship. If you desire something different than one of their "production" configurations, then you will have to wait for your custom scope just like before.
