I finally found the lands in my 6mmRem with the Hornady 105HPBTs, the best I got @300yds was about 2.1"(5 shots) and that was off the lands about .010", if they wont shoot now Ill definitely be buying some 105Hybrids. Wish me luck.

I and others have found the 105AMAX to be very tolerant... 0.015" to 0.020" should work well.. give them a go!
Good Luck!

I did last year, had them seated about .100" off the lands, they shot 5.3" @600yds.

Here are the groups it shot today, 1st load was 42.5GRS 4000MR

2ng group 41grs RE17, note how one of the bullets cut open a previous 308 hole.

3rd group, 43grs 4000MR.

Which group would you go with? The RE17 load seems to be the fastest of the bunch, btw.

The range isnt open in the winter, RE17 is supposed to be temp insensitive.

lol... that is funny.

you shoot those loads now in 85 to 95 degree heat, then go shoot them at 10 degrees to 20 below and come back and let me know how she goes...

me thinks you will be saying' "very temp sensitive"

Like I said, the range isnt open during the winter months and I dont shoot during the winter months, I did when I lived in Vegas, but this isnt Vegas, Toto, LOL.
