Who ships brass to europe?

Hi.

Just started shooting IPSC with a AR 15. Using a lot of ammo so reloading is starting to make sense. Have notised that brass in bulk (.223) is a lot cheaper in the States then here in Norway. Does anyone here know if a company that will ship to europe? Need about 3000-5000. Ok if they have been fired once.

Pretty sure that's going to fall under ITAR as a restricted item...the export license would be wildly expensive for such a small quantity. You're paying more in Norway for a commodity like brass because of the costs of complying with regulations and doing things legally.

Most companies who buy bulk brass get it from goverment resources and have to sign a form stating they will not ship it overseas. They actually have to account for where their brass goes as well.
