Is there there anyone on here who is decent at or willing to help a guy create weekly meal plans? Im not good with the counting carbs and protein and calories thing but im trying.
best thing to do is wright down what you are eatin now and make adjustments to that , if you ask sombody to figure you up a diet it may contain foods you don't like or don't sit we'll with you but if you tweak things in what you are eating now you are much more likely to follow the diet closely and every 4-6 weeks make small adjustments
Write down everything that you put your mouth for one week. Send it to me and I'll do a breakdown on it, then others can chime in on what needs to be changed.
