AR with Scout Rail, What Rings

AR15 with a flat top receiver and GG&G 'Scout rail .
The rail adds 1/2" to the reciever.
Scope is a 30mm tube, 5-15 x 44 Viper.
I do not know which ring will give proper height or what height over bore should be.

Answering my own question-
I see that Night Force offer 1.0" base to centerline.
Perfect.
