AICS quick cheek pad adj

I recently picked up a AICS 2.0 and need a few aks. I've heard Atlas bipod is the way to go and wanted to confirm that the Accu-Shot rear bipod is also.

I also noticed that there are quick adjustment knobs on this cheek piece, any idea where I can pick up or how to swap my current screw set for a pair of these?

Mile high shooting has the knurled knobs. I think there around $22.00

Atlas bipod is the way to go IMO. I use it in conjunction with their spigot mount for the AICS.
