No paperwork with new ss scope?

Hey guys.
Just got my new ss scope in the mail today. Opened the box to find some bubble wrap and an Allen wrench but not a scrap of paper. No manual, warranty card, nothing. Is this normal? Thanks

How about you contact SWFA instead of asking the entire world via Snipers Hide?

It is inconsiderate to publish this without asking the seller directly.

I was only asking because so many other people have ordered from them that I figured someone would have a quick response instead of waiting until noon to call. I already tried and they were closed for the day. It would have been inconsiderate if I bashed them or was pissed because none were.enclosed but I didn't say anything negative. Infact I was impressed on their turn around time.

No worries, it's a valid question.
FWIW, I did'nt get a manual either with a new HD. I can not recall seeing a manual in any of the other SWFA optics including the 3-9x and a older classic series SS.
Email them and they should set you up. Reference the order number if you can.

I linked the subtensions on the mil-quad making a assumption in what you just received.

thats how they come, only thing with mine was a hard plastic card with the reticle subtensions. if you need one call or email them and they will send one out asap.

Just got done emailing back and forth with them and spoke with the lady writing the new owners manual and she sent me the rough draft. Answers every question I had. 24 pages long. Seems to be great customer service.
