DALLAS! A Favor please!

I have found a replacement for my lost red 1996 Nissan 240SX that was hit on May 29th. If anyone can do a favor, I have already spoken to a gentleman at the location and have a deal made over the phone for the car. If someone could go by and take a look, then get back to me with answers, I would be veery much appreciative.

Questions:
is the body free of anything outside of basic dings, and old paint?

Is the interior free of rips, tears, cracks, stains, etc and in above average condition?

Do the brakes look good?

Are the tires good/have fairly solid tread(no may pops)

I know the photos look pretty good from here. It is worth a bottle and a few sticks of good tobaccos as well from my end for a solid review as well.
Much appreciated gents!

Re: DALLAS! A Favor please!

Sounds like a job for CKA.

Re: DALLAS! A Favor please!

Dallas is a big place. Where is the car specifically?

Re: DALLAS! A Favor please!

Here's the dealer link. I have a verbal deal with them as of a few hours ago. Awaiting a botched EFT to get through from S/Farm so I can get a new set of wheels and this one is pretty darn nice, and has a few k less miles than my wrecked one did.
I do have a email out to RJW's kid who lives there as well since he owe's dad a few favors

SCJ, if you can get by there, shoot me an email so I get it with coffee in the AM. I am essentially looking for someone local to get a hard look at it, and to meet with 'Andy' to let him know I am making a serius offer and our call was the equivelant of a handshake agreement.
And yes, I have already received,"How are you going to go to Texas to get a car, how far is that???" you got it, from Panty 6!

Re: DALLAS! A Favor please!

Initial verbal report:
"The car squels at 4500rpm in every gear"
"The back door handle is held together with duct tape"
"The paint looks really good, but there are a few dents, one in the rear quarter by teh door, and one on the front of the hood"

I am waiting for him to get home and email me the photos. I have already replied to the company email requestiong a deposit with the reply:
I will phone tomorrow with a cc to give you a deposit as soon as you verify the car is in good working order"

Good working order does not include a squeel in the engine bay, a CEL for emissions, or a door handle held on by duct tape. My guess is that someone will probably lie to me about the car being in good working order and allow me to withdraw my offer in good faith as I did specify that it was 'upon inspection to show the vehicle was in good working order'.

Re: DALLAS! A Favor please!

RJW and son AJ have saved me from a very bad deal. AJ took time to go the 20 minutes to the dealership. "They seem really shady. All the ohone numbers were disconnected, adn I had to go on the web to find a number to contact a guy there."
The detailed photos and report told a very different story on the vehicel shown in teh ads and on the company website. Since they have had the car, it has suffered frontal impact damage. The front bumper is crinkled, teh hood is misaligned, and the right fog light is hanging by it's wires. All indicitave of frontal/right impact. CEL is on, door handle duct taped on, and a nasty squeel from the front part of the engine bay at 4500rpm(bad belt, worst case, bad bearing).
Thank you gentlemen for the recon.
Now back to the hunt for the low mileage great condition 240SX
