So I am looking for a gunsmith to get a bartlein barrel chambered and mounted to an action. I am looking at purchasing a M2008 Badger action and a 6.5mm Bartlein barrel that I would need chambered in 6.5 creedmoor and have the muzzle crowned and threaded for a suppressor. Also I am curious what I should expect to pay for that work. I appreciate any info you guys may have!

He sure does, but he's not accepting any rifle build work currently. I wouldn't hold my breath for that to change anytime soon, either. He's backlogged something fierce.

Spartin rifles. Call Mark great work and a great guy.

For chambering I would really consider Dave Bruno Precision Rifles in Dayton, PA. he chambers a shit ton of barrels / actions for the benchrest crowd, and has built many winning benchrest guns. His chambering is really topnotch.

Curious as to what you plan on mounting this action in (stock choice)

Also just built myself a 308 in an m2008 with a bartlein barrel and it shoots like a dream.

I'm building a 6.5 Creedmore myself right now as we speak and would have used the another m2008 action if they fit in the aics ax chassis
