I have been using Boretech products lately and they are awesome. The rods are the best i've had and the eliminator solution removes copper better than anything i've ever used and has no smell at all.
I ruined 2 Dewey rods then I bought a couple Montana Extreme rods to replace them. I was reluctant to pay that much for a cleaning rod, but I have to say they are very nice. The coating seems to be harder and more durable to me. I like the Dewey brushes.
I go the Tipton cleaning kit from Midway about 5 or 6 yrs ago then also have one piece Dewey rods. The Midway kit has all jags and bore brushes from .17 up to 45 cal and everything in between. It also has two cleaning rods in it that break down to three pieces. I prefer one piece rods when I'm home but they are good for having when I go to the range for backups. While it costs a little bit, wait for a special at Midway and the discount codes and it's a great value.
