Running into some problems, I need to ship some ammo legally. What is the easiest way to ship this. Post office out and fed ex says I have to create an account and get three approvals. Anyone with an easier way.

Nope, just mark it and drop it off and pay for the shipment.

Another thing. If you aren't already, go to a UPS or FedEx dist. Facility instead of a retailer who sells their services. Usually more knowledgeable about the actual policy.

I think thats so they can charge you the pick up fee....

Yeah I couldn't remeber the designation for the 50cal stuff though. I used to have all of it memorized when I was working with k&a ammunition LLC since I did the shipping.

The little UPS Store packaging centers here will not ship ammo or ANY gun parts. Not even a scope. I have to go to a USP hub to ship gun stuff. Just throwing this out there for others to know.

I just shipped some and I do have a UPS acct, just like everyone said label it correctly-I just did so w/a sharpie. UPS rep said I have to take it to a hub or hand it to a driver, she said you could not drop it off at a UPS store, I handed mine to a driver and no problems.
