Measure the diameter of a loaded round of the ammunition you are going to use. Order a bushing .002 or .003 smaller. Actually, since the final result will vary, order a few thousandths over and under to get the best tension. Ask your gunsmith the diameter of the neck of the chamber he is cutting. If it is way over sized, you will need a few intermediate bushings so that you don't have to size down the neck more than .005 between steps. Or, you can do as I do...Get a Lee Collet die for the 7 Maggie, and a body die. Size the neck first, and try it in the rifle. If stiff, size and bump the shoulder with the body die until it allows the bolt to close with just a tiny touch. If you get 2 or 3 loadings between bumpings, the more the better. By using the Lee instead of the bushing dies, you save big money...each bushing costs about the same as one collet die. Besides which, the final product is, in my hands, much more concentric. JMHO
