Great little backup gun but looking to improve the trigger pull and weight. I found Galloway Precision but it sounds like it is going to take months to get their parts. Anyone else making triggers or kits for the LC9.

Re: Ruger LC9

post it up when you find something, my wifes trigger sucks balls hard. Very long pull, almost off target by time it goes boom.

Re: Ruger LC9

I got lucky when I ordered my hammer, trigger bar, springs and what not from Eric for my LC9...Had them in 2 weeks.

The upgrade parts make a huge difference.

I also have a SR40c with all the Galloway upgrade parts.

The LC9 is still a hand full recoil wise ( no double tap) compared to the SR40C.

Now I am wondering about the new S&W Shield in .40 I just picked up and what sorta muzzle flip that is gonna have.

Re: Ruger LC9

Just do some good double action training. The LC9 trigger is actually quite smooth, just long. Work for that suprise shot, do some dry fire practice. Then speed it up.

When I get home im going to trade mine in with cash for an M&P shield...

Re: Ruger LC9

I had one, it was nice but to be honest the Ruger LCR in .357 is a better carry piece in my opinion & it has a better trigger & gives you better ammo options.

Re: Ruger LC9

I shot one with the Galloway upgrades and loved it. Just such a long wait for the parts. I had a back fusion and have to wear a large brace and that is why I purchased the pistol. I use to always carry a 1911 but this was best suited for my brace. I like the gun with critical duty ammo but just hoping for a better trigger. Thanks for the input.
