I am looking into getting a pda with some type of ballistic software. i have experience with the Atrag and had good results with it, but dont want to spend $2000 on the recon pda(this is what i used). Anyone have the atrag software? any complaints? also what type of pda are you using. i dont need it to be water/shock/bomb proof. i just want it for occasional range use. dont want to spend any more than $250 if its possible. suggestions? thanks boydo

I use bullet flight and FTE on my iPhone. I usually use bullet flight and have good luck with it but most people I shoot with rave about FTE. Pick one, and master it.

If you don't have a smart phone already. A used and/or previous version i-phone or i-pod can be had cheaply. I-Strelok was $20 if I remember correctly.
