Xtreme trigger installation trouble

Well i got a new xtreme (cg jackson)trigger and attemtoed toi install it in a bighorn action, but cannot get it tuned. When cocking the rifle it fires immediately before the bolt is down like the bolt and slipping away from the trigger.

Has anyone installed one of these in a bighorn before.

I had one in a Bighorn. I didn't have any problems.

Did you follow the included directions? It took a few hours of careful tinkering to get mine running how I wanted on a 700 action.

i have 6600+ rounds through my bighorn with x-treme trigger. love it. also have the x-treme trigger on my badger and defiance actions.

the basic steps are to zero out the first stage travel, set the TWO sear engagement screws, then put your first stage back in, then adjust weights.

bward helped me figure it out. This is my second xtreme trigger. I just wondered if the bighorn might be a little different, but im all good now. thanks guys.
