I am planning on putting together a 6mm creedmoor with my MA-Ten. I would like to use a 23" barrel. I have read lots of posts on the 6 creedmoor in gas guns, but I have heard mixed results with 243 sized rounds using adjustable gas blocks. Anyone have any advise or experience on which type of block to use with a round of this class? I also plan to re-chamber an 8 twist shilen barrel currently chambered in 6br for use in a bolt gun. Does anyone know if there is a reamer yet for bolt guns that would be a little tighter than a gas gun reamer? I could call Dave Kiff, but wondered if anyone knew if there was one available yet?

I run a Noveske Switch Block on my GAP10 with 23" barrel and it runs like a top.

You need infinite adjust ability, not a friggin switch block. I've had dozens of rifles w/stock blocks and they "ran like tops" all the time every time. They did so because they were overgassed & gave you no options. JP & SYRAC make great blocks that are clamp on & give you every bit of adjustability you could ever need. Switch loads....np, dial up or down. You're never overgassed or undergassed in any situation/combination.
