got mine from UTG, can be used for 3/8 inch or 11 mm
depending on which way you flip the clamp plate.
You can see the difference between the top and bottom edges of the plate

Do you need 1" rings? I have a set sitting around (I think). PM me your address if you want them.

Just buy a DIP Picatinny rail for it and use any rings ya want
