For those of you who use them.

How do you like them?

Is it worth the money for 6-1000yd matches?

What did you switch from if you went the SC route for a bipod.

Post pics if you got them.

Thanks for the input.

Re: Snipers Choice bipod opinions

I have been using them for several years and love them.
Dave is hard as hell to get ahold f but product is stable, indestructable and just plain great

Re: Snipers Choice bipod opinions

I have it as well The LR II version 2nd season of use and it is rock solid for those people who like to hard hold the rifle. I cam from a Harris but have tried the sinclair f class the Atlas and the censhot. The only other bipod i found that worked for me was the Remple and i can't come close to making weight.

The biggest selling feature is that the rifle doesn't sit on top of a triangle like it does with the harris and atlas.

The others are ski pod systems and i haven't figured out how to work them correctly. (these types arenot hard hold and load bipods)

Re: Snipers Choice bipod opinions

I have a Harris with Phoenix tac feet and just don't feel comfortable with it. Having to preload the bipod, shoot, load, reposition bipod due to recoil on grass is making me second guess my current bipod choice.
I shoot better if I don't preload but it takes time to reposition for next shot. Just looking for honest opinions of the LRA set up.

Re: Snipers Choice bipod opinions

I see Darrell wants $450 for his bipod. Er, okaaaay..

Sinclair F-Class ($249 for V3, $199 for V2) and the Centershots ($299)are probably the most used from my match experience.

Remple is top of the line, agree 100% but many compair the starshooter bipod to the henry remple. It is as stiff as the remple and is much lighter. I hear they are even slimming one down to get the maximum weight off. It is worth giving it a look. www.star-shooter.com I am really pleased with my performance with mine and would like to hear more about starshooter bipods online. Who else owns one?
