Are there any inherent issues associated with TI cans and 7.62 weapons - ie heat from an accelerated firing pace?

I think avoiding mag dumps is good. Other than that give it some cooldown time between strings and you should be fine.

Ti does not hold up quite as well as Inconel does. YHM warranties their Ti Phantom for 60rnds of full auto, but it has an Inconel blast baffle.

I have a Ti can that I has seen some pretty abusive rates of fire in a few classes and range trips (no true full auto) and still sounds the same to me after a few thousand rounds. I am sure that it will wear out faster than a suppressor with Inconel baffles but it doesn't appear like that will be anytime soon.
