Re: Fclass coarse of fire question
7.20 Mid-Range Prone Course
Position Range Target #Shots
Prone 300 yds MR-63 15 or 20
Prone 500 yds MR-65 15 or 20
Prone 600 yds MR/MR-1 15 or 20
NOTE: The Mid-Range Course of Fire may be shot in any combination at 300, 500, or 600 yards.
Mid-Range Regional Course of Fire to consist of at least two days of firing with a minimum of 90 shots.
The above rule 7.20 is taken from the latest NRA rule book.
The same targets, with the F-Class numbers added, for F-Class. Our club usually pastes F-Class centers over the regular targets, for our F-Class shooters. We all shoot at the same time, sling shooters on one side and F-Class on the other and if one position has both we set up 2 targets for that position, with the F-Class target on their side and the sling shooters target on their side, and it works out fine.
