Remington 700 stock

I was wondering if a BDL stock would fit on a ADL model. i plan on convering my remington 700 to accept a detachable box magazine and was looking at http://www.stockysstocks.com/servlet/the-108/mcmillan-a5-stock-tactical/Detail
the 97 olive web stock, im just not sure if will fit my short action ADL

it'll fit, just make sure you get the corresponding length of your action. Most DBM systems will require inletting of the trigger guard area. The Wyatt's Dbm system will fit the stock BDL template but no idea if they're good or not. I think B&C are inletting their stocks in the Badger m5 template, might want to look into that as well.

The wyatt DBM worked okay on a rifle I had some time with. Didn't care for the mags as they were hard to load, but the fed with zero issues. Inexpensive option at least.

Thanks guys, this is my first rifle and i want it to be perfect, does anyone know if the badger ordnance m40 dbm system would fit in this stock?

You'll have to have the stock inletted for the Badger DBM.
